Continue providing hands-on patient care Utilize advanced casting, splinting, bracing, and DME skills Serve as subject matter expert and resource for staff Help drive operational excellence throughout the clinic Take ownership of inventory, compliance, and clinic processes Mentor and support developing clinical team members for casting and DME What You'll Do As an Orthopedic Medical Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional patient care while supporting the daily clinical operations of the practice.
