What You Will Do:

• Provide clinical guidance and nursing consultation that supports high-quality patient care, effective care planning, and consistent implementation of interventions.
• Partner with nursing teams and clinical stakeholders to evaluate patient assessments, medication administration practices, vital-sign monitoring, and overall patient care processes.
• Use your Registered Nurse expertise to identify opportunities for improved clinical workflows, documentation, safety practices, and care management coordination.
• Support evidence-based nursing practice across areas such as medical surgical nursing, acute care, telemetry, progressive care, skilled nursing, and post-anesthesia care.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource who communicates clearly, coaches confidently, and helps care teams deliver excellent outcomes for patients and families.

What You Will Bring:

• You hold an active Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with the clinical judgment needed to excel in a nurse consultant or clinical leadership role.
• You bring strong experience in patient assessment, care planning, interventions, and coordinated patient care within acute care or comparable clinical environments.
• You are confident applying nursing education skills to guide teams, reinforce best practices, and promote continuous improvement.
• You communicate professionally with nurses, providers, leaders, and interdisciplinary partners while keeping patient safety and quality at the center of every decision.
• You can prioritize competing clinical needs, analyze care concerns, and recommend practical solutions with sound professional judgment.

Preferred Clinical Expertise:

• Experience with telemetry, progressive care unit, post-anesthesia care unit, medical surgical, labor and delivery, or skilled nursing populations will strengthen your contribution.
• Knowledge of IV therapy, medication administration, NIH Stroke Scale, Trauma Nursing Core Course, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program standards is valued.
• Prior experience in care management, nursing education, quality improvement, or clinical consulting is a plus.
