Paralegal

Contract length: 3 months assignment with possible extension Responsibilities: Contract Drafting: Prepare initial drafts of physician agreements (Professional Services, Medical Directorships) and routine contracts (NDAs, Educational Affiliation Agreements) using approved templates. Compliance Review: Review all drafts to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures. Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to‑end process through the contract database from opening matters and tracking signatures to managing renewal dates. Legal Operations: Manage service requests through the electronic contract management system; maintain dashboards/visibility boards to track project progress. Filings & Litigation Support: Prepare routine corporate filings (Registration renewals, Statements of Information) and update litigation spreadsheets as requested. Executive Support: Provide administrative and project‑based assistance to the VP of HR and Assistant General Counsel. Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Previous experience in a legal setting, specifically with contract drafting or contract management.
