Service Supervisor – Olathe, Kansas We are seeking a Service Supervisor with strong leadership skills, customer‑service focus, and an energetic, fast‑paced approach to manage our service operations. Job Responsibilities Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs, ensuring customers’ preferences are met. Provide immediate problem‑solving assistance to office staff and service technicians. Monitor service technicians’ schedules in real time to maximize efficiency and profitability. Track completed jobs and follow up with customers to confirm expectations were met. Facilitate processing of completed jobs to ensure proper handling of materials and accurate billing. Complete timely administrative paperwork associated with the position. Conduct employee performance reviews with the Department Manager, document performance issues, and provide counseling and improvement plans. Participate in planning process and establish department goals and objectives. Other duties assigned by manager. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Effective communication skills and a professional representation of the company. Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems.
