Ultrasound

Job Details:

• Must have RDMS and RVT registries and Level II OB experience
• Work schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• One night of call per week and one weekend of call per month after working shift
• Approximately 6-8 days of call per month
• Perform abdominal, pelvis, vascular (carotid/venous), ABIs, OB/GYN ultrasounds, small parts, breast, and other exams
• Must be able to scan general ultrasound with vascular
• High risk OB experience preferred
• Patient exams completed within 30-45 minutes per exam
• Must be able to write reports and follow radiologist guidelines for exams
• Equipment used: GE Logic E10, Trophons, Parks Flolab
• EMR systems: Cerner and Philips Intellispace PACS
• May float to outpatient ultrasound if proficient
• Dress code: Black scrubs
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS (abdominal or OB), RVT registry preferred

This is a critical access facility with 30 beds and 2 dedicated ultrasound rooms. The facility operates with a collaborative team of full-time, part-time, and travel technologists across day and night shifts. The department follows written procedures and templates for exam notes and requires all technologists to adhere to established radiologist protocols and guidelines.
