Remote Customer Service Representative We are seeking call center representatives to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a variety of clients. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide customers with quality products and services. Position Overview This entry-level position offers on-the-job paid training. Prior contact center experience is not required, though experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or back‑office support is a plus. Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upsell products and services Explain and position the products and processes with customers Appropriately elevate dissatisfied customers to the managerial team Ensure first‑call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling Interact with hundreds of customers weekly to resolve support issues and sell new products and services, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of Windows operating system Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation Customer‑service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious) Ability to multi‑task, stay focused, and self‑manage Strong team orientation and customer focus Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers Conditions of Employment Authorized to work in the country where the position is located Willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offer contingent on results Willing to submit to drug screening; job offer contingent on results (not applicable in Canada) Compensation and Benefits Starting compensation based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Full‑time employees eligible for supplemental health coverage through Blue Cross Life insurance options Accident and critical illness insurance Opportunities for career growth and internal promotions Paid training while earning a paycheck Casual dress code Diversity & Inclusion All employees and applicants are treated equally and hired based on merit and qualifications under applicable laws.
