Job Responsibilities: * Regularly perform consecutive 50 and 80 minute massages. * Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of massage therapy. * Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency. * Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services. * Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients. * Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members. * Listen and adapt to client feedback. * Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance. * Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a practitioner, the spa family, and the community as a whole. * Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks. Job Qualifications: * Ohio-issued Massage Therapist License (LMT) or proof of license application. * Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations. * Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage (other modalities/certifications a plus). * Must carry professional liability insurance. * Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated individual willing to help others. * Excellent customer service skills and work ethic. * Ability to work with others towards a common goal * Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred. * Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn. * Willingness to learn and grow as a massage therapist.
