Sr. Full-stack Developer

Job OpportunitySeeking a C2C candidate located in the specified area.Job Description:Assisting with cloud migration of existing code;Providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy;Developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features;Using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers;Providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across the Department;Determining specifications, then plans, designs, and develop the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes— either individually or in concert with a project team;Assisting in the most difficult support problems;Developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse;Having in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;Understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies;Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the Department;Conducting code reviews as requested;Viewing both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines; andActing as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.Knowledge, skills, and abilities:Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;A minimum of five (5) years of design and/or development experience with ColdFusion;Experience with JavaScript Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an N-tier architecture;Experience with Solaris, Bash Shell scripting;A minimum of three (3) years of cloud development experience;Demonstrated experience in object-oriented development techniques;Database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);SQL tuning;Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;Experience as an expert/lead technical role.
