Regional Manager

Lead by example in Safety and Quality, ensuring operational discipline and compliance with company and regulatory standards Monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety performance and drive continuous improvement Oversee regional chemical management for PPG Aerospace's CMS West Region and centralized Gulfstream customer Contribute to strategic plans and implement a unified operational strategy with the CMS Operations team Manage and implement best practices using Lean Enterprise tools and metrics to improve network productivity Establish, monitor, and improve key performance metrics for the CMS West Aerospace ASC Network team Analyze and improve processes and capital utilization across the region Oversee inventory levels and facilitate communication between the ASC Region and CMS Platform Lead EH&S improvements and implement preventative actions Manage the implementation and launch of new CMS programs in the CMS West Region Partner with the CMS East Regional Manager on standardization, continuous improvement, and KPIs Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing, and engineering teams to meet customer and company goals Report directly to the USCA ASC Network Director Oversee chemical management operations across the Western and Central portions of the United States and Mexico Requirements Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations 5+ years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role within Supply Chain, Category Management, Operations, or a related role preferred Ability to travel up to 50% Must be based in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA area In-person work Monday through Thursday, with remote work opportunity on Flexible Fridays Experience with Lean Enterprise tools and metrics is required for the described responsibilities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Supply Chain Management and Operations, with a strong focus on Lean Enterprise methodologies and regulatory compliance.
