Who you are: Regional Director, Sales The Regional Director (RD)is responsible for leading regional revenue growth and market expansion across a defined territory. Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development and Sales, this role sets and executes regional sales strategy, leads and develops a high-performing sales team and builds strategic partnerships with school, district and state-level leaders. Who We Need: Regional Sales Leadership & Strategy aligned to organizational priorities, revenue targets, and market opportunities. Pipeline Management & Forecasting ensuring opportunities are strategically prioritized, advanced, and aligned to revenue goals. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion to achieve annual regional revenue goal through a balanced focus on new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Strategic Partnerships & Field Influence by engaging in consultative sales conversations with senior district and state leaders to influence decision-making and secure high-value partnerships. Data-Informed Execution & Reporting by leveraging Salesforce and systems to monitor pipeline health, sales activity, and revenue performance. Education & Experience Master's degree required Teaching and/or administrative credentials preferred. Proven experience in K-12 sales leadership, revenue generation, and territory management. Strong understanding of school and district buying cycles and instructional decision-making processes. Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and managing robust pipelines. Compensation Range: $118,000 to $132,000 annual salary This is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic location, education, demonstrable network with key school district decisionmakers, job-related knowledge, and level of sales competencies and experience. This range is for the CA location and may be adjusted to the labor market in other geographic areas. This position is eligible for the RD Sales Incentive Plan.
