Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive attitude to lead your team, keep availability high, and deliver outstanding service to our local community. Put customers first: Inspire your team to deliver friendly, attentive service, actively listening to customer feedback and keeping our fresh counters vibrant and fully stocked. Lead and coach your team: Manage shift scheduling, training, and talent development, giving colleagues the confidence and capability to succeed in their roles. Build a supportive culture: Partner with other Managers to lead an encouraging, performance-driven department where colleagues work with purpose. Plan and deliver standards: Manage department routines thoroughly, ensuring market-leading product availability, safe and legal compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
