Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Inc is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Association Management Division!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting functions for association division
• Train and supervise all on-site personnel in accounting duties
• Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for association fiscal operations
• Assist CPA with year-end tax returns
• Assist Director with yearly budget projections for each association
• Reconcile bank accounts, prepare statements, and submit reports of financial operations to the board of directors
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual assessment statements for homeowners
• Monitor accuracy of cash receipts and expense coding
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Inter-Relationships:

• Director, office staff, maintenance, and vendors
• Homeowners, board of directors, financial institutions, and insurance companies

Needed Attributes:

• Accounting degree or equivalent work experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Ability to direct and organize work duties of subordinates
• Ability to work in a team environment
