Extremely autonomous! THE FACILITY: Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center. Runs 15-16 ORs daily. 5 MDs, 15 CRNAs daily. CASES INCLUDE: General, Neurology, Spine, Ortho, Urology, ENT, Bariatrics, Breast Reconstruction, GYN, Robotic, thoracic, vascular, stroke rescues, cerebral coiling, EP, Cardiac cath lab, endoscopy, OB We Offer: Base Salary - 0 - 3 Years $122 $253,760 - 4+ Years $126 $262,080 - 6+ Years $130 $270,400 Incentives, Stipends & $90K Generous Sign on Bonus Generous PTO - 7 Weeks Full Time, W2 Flexible Scheduling: 2-3 calls per month, beeper call from home Health, Dental, Vision Short term disability Company paid long term disability Company paid life insurance and AD&D insurance 401K plan with company match Pet Insurance Malpractice CEU Funds Learning and development programs Mentorship The application window for this opportunity is ongoing.
