Open Dates: Starting December 2025 ongoing Schedule: 7:0017:00 or 7:0019:00 (may consider 7:0015:00 but less likely) MondayFriday; able to support 10-hour or 12-hour shifts No mandatory overtime (locums may pick up extra shifts on off days) No call required Practice Setting: Hospital-based Reason for Coverage: While recruiting new hires Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90120 days Documentation System / EMR: Epic Supervision: CRNAs supervised by Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: Main OR: 55 ASC: 30 GI: 40 Other off sites: 10 Trauma Level / Designation: Level 1 Description of OR Staff: Highly trained in all specialties; collaborative, supportive and engaging Number of Operating Rooms: 24 ORs in main hospital 8 in ASC (ambulatory) 2 labor & delivery ORs (CRNAs do not staff) 4 GI lab sites 1 bronch lab (twice a week) 1 MRI (once a week) 2 EP labs (5 days a week) 1 cath lab intermittent (neuroradiology/cardiology) 1 interventional radiology Patient Age Demographic: All ages (CRNAs typically do not care for patients under the age of 2) Provider Must be Local: Only mileage reimbursed Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases Adult Plexus anesthesia (few if any) Minor Nerve Blocks Ventilation Management (only in OR) Neurosurgical Cases Regional Anesthesia Epidural Anesthesia Spinal Anesthesia Submission Requirements: Board Certified Required IL State License (or willingness to obtain) Required ACLS, BLS Required Provider must be local only mileage reimbursed
