You'll take a consultative approach to demystify plan features and guide people toward confident decisions, using our integrated systems and resources to deliver world-class solutions that truly matter. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. We offer a competitive pay differential for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish, recognizing the added value of supporting a broader client base. Terms and conditions apply.

Note: The office is located at 11800 Schwab Way, Austin, TX. The New Hire Training Class is November 30, 2026

• Ability to work various shifts to serve our participants, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Time.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
