Senior Claims Analyst

Investigating and managing complex casualty and environmental liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Analyst - Environmental Liability will collaborate with various stakeholders while working remotely and gaining exposure to litigation and environmental regulations. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough coverage, liability, and damage investigations on complex claims related to environmental insurance products Make coverage determinations and communicate written positions to insureds and other relevant parties Manage litigation strategies, set reserves, and represent the company in meetings and at mediation or trial Required qualifications BA/BS College Degree required; JD degree preferred 3 to 5 years of related work experience in liability and/or clean-up claims or legal positions Experience with complex auto liability is a plus Strong coverage analysis and drafting experience Aptitude for reviewing and evaluating technical, legal, and medical information
