About the team: The team leads efforts to ensure the stability and reliability of the Last Mile ecosystem by proactively identifying, preventing, and resolving defects at scale. Collaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support, the team drives platform stability, launch quality, testing, monitoring, and defect governance. Their focus is on delivering seamless experiences and building trust across the platform. This group champions operational excellence and continuous improvement, aligning business strategies with measurable outcomes to support efficient, high-quality service delivery and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
