Senior National Account Manager

Position Summary The Senior National Account Manager will be driving profitable sales growth, market share expansion, and achievement of annual business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Dog Food or Dog Treat categories at Walmart and/or Sams Club. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bentonville, AR, as required by company leadership. Key Duties and Responsibilities Deliver the operating plan - Achievement of customer growth and profit objectives. Market share, operating profit, ROI in Trade Develop sales strategy - Recommend and set priorities as part of segment review process. Manage joint business plan development and execution, including annual collaborative planning meetings Manage overall customer P&L Responsible for sales forecast. Leveraging S&OP best practices and tools in partnership with the demand planning team Leverage internal resources to support business objectives (i.e., category management, customer support, shopper marketing, omni-commerce and consumer marketing) Develop and execute breakthrough customer engagement plans, connecting leadership between customers and senior leadership at Inaba Perform other related duties and tasks assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required 5+ years of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) retail sales experience 3+ years of Walmart/Sams Club experience with demonstrated success Dog Food and/or Treat category experience Proven front‑line sales leadership experience; must have directly owned customer relationships and delivered against sales targets.
