Our Human Resources Departmentis seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician . This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by ensuring all Company buildings are in proper operating condition; all routine and priority work requests assigned are properly investigated and corrected; all assigned preventive maintenance work is completed in accordance within manufacturer recommendations; all assigned maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

KRA: Effectively and Efficiently Assists with Managing Facilities Maintenance Activities

• Successfully performs all facilities maintenance activities according to Manufacturer guidelines, Company standards, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains buildings, building infrastructure, and roofing .
• Performs painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
• Replaces electrical features such as, but not limited to, receptacles, wires, switches, and motors.
• Repairs minor damage to walls using plaster or compound.
• Repairs sinks, water coolers, toilets, damaged flooring, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replaces damaged paneling, floor tiles, doors, and windows.
• Performs general maintenance on equipment, machinery, gates, and fencing.

• Maintains a strong “Client-Centric” vision and utilizes “The Rusnak Standard,” best core practices, as well as professional and exemplary service to provide every internal and external Client with an extraordinary experience during every encounter.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; three (3) years’ general building experience to include some preventive maintenance and basic repair experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and electrical repair; post-secondary education and/or a Technical School certification preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders and use man-lifts; read and interpret documents and drawings; write detailed repair reports.
• Current California Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
