Apprentice Plumber – Build the Plumbing Division From Day One

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead plumbers on residential & light commercial installs and service • Learn water heaters, drain systems, re-pipes, fixture installs, and diagnostics • Set up and break down jobsites, stage materials, and maintain clean work areas • Use company apps for notes, photos, and job tracking • Maintain tools, van stock, and a professional appearance • Deliver top-tier customer service on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years plumbing or construction experience preferred (not required) • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn — attitude matters more than resume • Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet all day • Professional, respectful, and customer-focused • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
