We are looking for someone who is not just a plumber, but a true field leader — someone who can handle service, repairs, replacements, troubleshoot problems without constant hand-holding, communicate well with customers, and help set the standard for how our plumbing department operates. This is a strong opportunity for the right person to get in early with a growing company, have real influence, and help shape the direction of the department. What this role looks like: You’ll be our go-to senior plumbing professional in the field. That means diagnosing issues, performing quality repairs and replacements, helping organize jobs properly, mentoring less experienced team members when needed, and representing the company well with customers. We want someone who takes pride in clean work, solid communication, and doing things the right way.
