Machine Maintenance and Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance/Engineering Manager to join our team! You will manage the maintenance team that is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team including setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating equipment needs, and establishing the preventative maintenance program and schedules for the equipment
- Ensure the department responds to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machinery maintenance management or supervisory role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
