Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is the main point of contact between customers, the schedule, and technicians in the field at Bob Boldt HVAC. You'll manage calls and texts, keep ServiceTitan records accurate, support scheduling and dispatch, and follow up on estimates and payments. Call and message volume changes throughout the day, so you need to move between tasks without losing track of details. WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE You're often the first and last point of contact a customer has with the company. When a technician needs a customer approval mid-job, you get it. When an estimate has been sitting unsigned for a week, you follow up on it. When a Comfort Club card declines, you catch it and get it fixed. Your records and follow-up directly affect scheduling, billing, and customer retention, so accuracy matters more than speed. Qualifications: Requirements • Strong phone and written communication skills • High attention to detail Preferred Qualifications • ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred • Prior customer service or administrative experience • Call center or high-volume phone experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
