Shift : Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Every other weekend availability (most likely one weekend a month), Must be available to work one holiday if needed

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OK is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A)
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Primary Source On-Line Verification
• BLS
• First Aid certification preferred
