About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Product Management to lead the charge in championing best-in-class product excellence practices and overseeing portfolio governance on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing multi-year product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and market opportunities. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring the product portfolio supports strategic objectives, adapts to industry trends, and meets customer needs. The VP will also be tasked with implementing and continuously improving product management processes, driving disciplined execution, and overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in product and portfolio management within industrial, manufacturing, or related technology sectors. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing complex product portfolios, bringing new products to market, and driving revenue growth. Experience in global business systems, cross-functional team leadership, and a customer-centric approach to product development is essential. The VP will be expected to build and lead a high-performing global product excellence team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
