About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to lead the strategic and innovative development of its AI-powered DevSecOps platform. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the Fourth Wave of software development, where AI agents are revolutionizing the coding process. This pivotal role involves driving product management efforts, leading a global team, and defining how the company can best serve the needs of the world's largest enterprises in this rapidly evolving landscape. The SVP of Product will be responsible for all product documentation, vision, strategy, and roadmaps, with a focus on delivering high-value solutions that align with the company's mission of harmonizing software delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep track record in building and leading product teams, particularly in the DevSecOps industry, and a passion for working closely with customers to accelerate digital transformation. Key responsibilities include delivering differentiated solutions, defining messaging and positioning strategies, and building strong relationships with strategic customers. The role requires a leader with a proven history of successful enterprise-wide initiatives, outstanding product management skills, and the ability to coordinate resources across multiple functional areas. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of how agentic AI and large language models are reshaping enterprise software delivery, and be adept at conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new solutions.
