We’re currently seeking skilled caregivers with dementia experience who want meaningful, one-on-one work and the opportunity to truly impact a senior’s quality of life. Shifts & Locations

• Times: Tuesday 9a-1p, Thursday 8a-4p, Friday 9a-1p

• Location: O'Fallon, MO

How Continuum Caregivers Make a Difference

• Build trusting, compassionate relationships through companionship

• Support seniors with personal care (dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)

• Provide reassurance, redirection, and emotional support—especially for those with dementia

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help clients remain active and engaged in daily life

• Provide transportation to appointments and errands

• Communicate thoughtfully with families and the Continuum team

   

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years caregiving experience (required)

• Experience caring for seniors with dementia or memory loss

• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach

• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism

• Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic

 

Continuum Caregiver Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

• Clear background screening

• Ability to move objects averaging 100 lbs. with assistive devices

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
