We are currently seeking a highly motivated Surgical Nurse Manager to oversee the OR, Pre‑Op/Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and Pre‑Admission Testing (PAT) departments. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for the OR, Pre/Post, and PAT units with an emphasis on patient safety and efficiency Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across surgical services Build strong working relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, education, and performance management Ascentist welcomes team members who are striving to reach new heights in their personal and professional development.
