What You’ll Do

You are the first impression and operational heartbeat of the spa.

  • Sell memberships (Strong experience in sales is required.)
  • Open availability
  • Greet and check in/out clients with a warm, professional presence
  • Manage appointment scheduling and daily booking flow
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
  • Coordinate closely with therapists to maintain smooth transitions
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
  • Support client rebooking and retention

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $22/hr (depending on experience)

Requirements

  • Strong customer service or hospitality experience
  • Comfortable with scheduling software systems
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
