About the Role:

The Hourly Shift Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the accommodation and food services environment at Florida Mall. This position is responsible for overseeing hourly staff during assigned shifts, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. The coordinator acts as a key point of contact between management and hourly employees, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise during the shift. By effectively managing resources and staff schedules, the coordinator helps optimize productivity and guest satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role within the accommodation or food services industry.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
