As a Tom's Ford sales professional, you will be able to guide a customer to fulfill their automotive needs, while also offering a top notch customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide clients through the purchasing process
- Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs
- Assist clients to identify a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & out's of product offerings, optional equipment, & latest technology
- Daily follow up using the dealership's customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day
Qualifications:
- Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Effective listening skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealership's guidelines
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
