Territory Manager - Shreveport, LA/Jackson, MS

Overview We are a leading global medical technology company that advances healthcare worldwide. This role supports our mission by ensuring customers receive accurate pricing, product information, and service. Location Shreveport, LA or Jackson, MS. Key Responsibilities Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies. Conduct comprehensive in-service training of products for customers and internal teams. Report significant market changes and competitive activity to the Regional Manager. Complete and process BDPI reports, including sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or 4 years of outside sales experience. Medical device sales experience preferred. At least 2 years of outside sales experience or equivalency. Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology. Strong understanding of needs‑based selling and contract administration.
