Network Engineer- Mid/Senior

Description: Supporting Network for the approved projects this year.

**Location:** NE Ohio (hybrid) - Day shift starting 6/5 onsite 3 days/week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Responsibilities may include (depending on the project they are aligned to):

Certificate Management Project:

Deploy baseline automation components that integrate with existing infrastructure (load balancers, internal CA, web servers, etc.)

• Create a plan for rapid migration (within 4 months) from incumbent to new solution
• Partner with internal application and infrastructure teams to issue certificates from new CA
• Work closely with company ITSM administrators to establish a certificate management workflow linking the new CA solution to ServiceNow
• Document the new architecture and cross-train team members
• We might also ask this engineer to back-fill BAU tasks when not fully utilized on the certificate project

Akron Campus Refresh Project:

• Engineer will be doing rack/stack work (along with other team members) so needs to be flexible to work various shifts;
• Create Method of Procedures (MoPs) for switch refresh work
• Add new devices to management tools (remove old devices)
• Document the new architecture and cross-train team members
• Partner with PM and mgmt. on planning; anticipate risks and provide options to mitigate

Additional Skills:

• Load balancer experience is required
• Web server experience is a plus
• Microsoft CA experience is a plus
• Cisco DNA center administration experience is required
• CCNP or higher (or equivalent exp.
