This locum tenens position offers the opportunity to work alongside five neurosurgeons and four advanced practice providers, with responsibilities focused on inpatient rounding and first assisting in the OR. • Schedule: 40 hours per week, minimum of two weeks per month required
• Patient Population: Adult and Pediatric
• Location: Tampa, FL

• Weekly direct deposit

• Flexible scheduling

• Provide first assist in the OR for neurosurgery cases
• Perform inpatient rounding to monitor patient progress
• Participate in a rotating call schedule with 1:4/5 weekend and night call responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with the neurosurgery team to deliver high-quality care

• Active Florida license
• Current board certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an advanced practice provider in Neurosurgery OR
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

• Full-time position with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
• Minimum availability of two weeks per month required
• Rotating call schedule

• Proficient in surgical first assisting
• Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
