The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components according to blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of steel fabrication processes, and proficiency in using hand and power tools./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliExperience in structural steel fabrication or a related field./liliProficiency in MIG and/or Flux Core welding; TIG, and Stick welding is a plus./liliAbility to read blueprints and work independently./liliFamiliarity with steel fabrication tools and machinery./liliStrong attention to detail and quality control./liliPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment./li/ulpKey Responsibilities:/pulliRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications./liliCut, shape, and assemble steel components using saws, torches, and welding equipment./liliOperate machinery such as shears, press brakes, and drill presses./liliWeld and fit structural steel according to project requirements./liliInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy./liliMaintain a safe and organized work environment./liliFollow company safety protocols and industry standards./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliHeath / Dental / Vision Insurance/lili401k options/liliPTO / Holiday Pay/liliDisability Insurance / Life Insurance/liliWeekly Pay/li/ul/div
