As our Business Operations Manager, you'll earn a competitive annual salary of $60,000-$65,000. We also offer an excellent benefits package, including:

Your day-to-day as a Business Operations Manager:

In this full-time role, you'll guide and support our CSR team, and collaborate with leadership on company initiatives designed to improve performance and growth. You'll help maintain oversight of accounting and bookkeeping functions, keeping important processes organized and on track. You'll also play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, helping build a strong workforce while supporting a positive employee experience.
