Cafe Team Leader: Guest Experience & Sales Coach

Zinc Café and Market in Los Angeles is seeking a Sr. Team Leader to support management, recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff while maintaining cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction. You will drive service and sales, delegate tasks, oversee POS operations (Toast experience is a plus), monitor inventory, and ensure policy and brand standards are followed.
