• Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic admin tasks ⸻ We’re looking for someone who: • Is dependable and follows through without constant reminders
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates clearly and stays solution-focused
• Leads by example and supports the team ⸻ Not a fit if you: • Need frequent follow-up to complete tasks
• Prefer debating decisions instead of executing
• Struggle with consistency or accountability ⸻ Requirements • Previous café or restaurant experience required
• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred
• Flexible availability including mornings - weekends are a MUST ⸻ Café Bohème – Playa del Rey
