AAA Safety Consultants is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Secretary to support our day-to-day administrative and business operations. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally with clients and team members, and keeping office processes organized and moving efficiently.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 20–25 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the AAA Safety Consultants team

• Prepare, edit, format, and maintain professional documents, correspondence, reports, and other business materials

• Assist with the preparation and organization of client contracts, proposals, quotes, and related documentation

• Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records

• Respond to and appropriately route incoming phone calls and emails

• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and general office organization

• Enter and maintain accurate client, project, and business information

• Track outstanding documents, contracts, quotes, and administrative follow-ups

• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, employees, and other business contacts

• Assist management with additional administrative projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

• Comfortable working with confidential and business-sensitive information

• Strong general computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems

• Previous secretarial, administrative assistant, or office administration experience preferred
  
  
• Previous experience working with contracts, proposals, and/or quotes preferred
  
  
• Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$30.00 per hour . This range represents a good-faith estimate for the position. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the responsibilities of the role.
