Regional Director of Accounting - Onsite Healthcare Finance

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Accounting in Temecula, CA to oversee the general accounting function and ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements. The role requires leading the finance team and aligning processes with corporate policy. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in accounting/finance, 3+ years in finance leadership, and strong GAAP/healthcare reporting experience, with travel ~10%.
