Job Description: Dental Territory Sales Manager

Location : Columbus, OH

Salary : Base: $80,000-$90,000

OTE: $130,000 (uncapped)

Benefits : Full benefits include Medical (employee only), Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel : Overnight travel required: 50%

We are a leading provider in the dental industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
Product Education & Demonstrations : Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
Lead Generation : Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
Sales Performance : Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's degree required.
Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience within the Columbus, OH territory
Skills : Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Travel : Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
