About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Procurement with a focus on digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the sourcing and supply chain efforts for a fast-growing infrastructure platform, including the development of vendor relationships, negotiation of major contracts, and establishment of sourcing strategies for a wide range of components. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's procurement framework, with a strong emphasis on design and implementation of procurement strategies across power, telecom, and campus infrastructure. The VP of Procurement will also be responsible for creating a balanced procurement culture, leading all vendor negotiations, and ensuring alignment between procurement strategy and development timelines. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership, with a preference for those with a background in infrastructure, energy, or hyperscale environments. A deep knowledge of sourcing power systems, electrical components, telecom gear, and renewable energy products is essential, as is a proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance. The role requires a candidate who is confident, collaborative, and market-savvy, with the ability to operate in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree or certification in supply chain or business is a plus. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to build and scale a world-class infrastructure platform, and be comfortable operating in ambiguity while bringing rigor to the procurement process.
