Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. Start 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks. Earn 1,832–1,899 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shifts are 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a hospital setting. Key Highlights

Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients in the ED, including initial triage and ongoing assessment.
• Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and clinical status; recognize and respond to deteriorations.
• Administer medications, start IVs, manage injections, and monitor responses; support all indicated treatments.
• Assist with procedures and resuscitation efforts; participate in codes and rapid response as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other health professionals; document clearly and maintain patient safety and privacy.

Requirements

• Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
• BSN degree
• ED/ER nursing experience: 2+ years
• End-of-Week (EOW) scheduling requirement
• Willing to work all 3 shifts during the 8-week contract
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
