Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• State licensure (or eligibility) in Missouri for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in school or healthcare settings
• Comfort with teletherapy technology and virtual service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both on-site and via teletherapy platforms
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Educate and support teachers, staff, and parents in strategies that foster student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer input to enhance students’ educational experiences
