Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Missouri
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology (if applicable)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Provide direct therapy services (in-person or via teletherapy, as assigned)
• Maintain accurate therapy records and required documentation for compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocacy for students
• Offer consultation and training for school staff and families regarding speech and language strategies
