Packaging Associate

Location: Fairborn, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are hiring Packaging Associates for a manufacturing facility in Fairborn, Ohio. This is a first-shift opportunity working in a facility that manufactures and packages sandpaper products.

Responsibilities

Package finished sandpaper products according to production requirements
Inspect products for visible defects or quality concerns
Prepare products for packaging and shipment
Label and organize packaged products as required
Maintain an efficient pace to meet daily production goals
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and production procedures
Perform other general production and packaging duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
