Production Supervisor

Job Description Lead all safety, quality, and production activities for assigned operations. Supervise and develop approximately 8 employees while maintaining staffing and production goals. Complete production reporting and operational documentation. Troubleshoot production, equipment, and process issues. Coordinate resources and labor to maximize production efficiency. Ensure employees are properly trained on safety, quality, and operational procedures. Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment reliability initiatives. Drive accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement efforts. Monitor plant performance metrics and communicate results to leadership. Work closely with the Production Manager to support overall plant operations and prepare for future leadership opportunities. Manufacturing background. Proven leadership experience managing employees and production operations. Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Basic computer proficiency. Experience driving safety, quality, and production performance. Plastics manufacturing experience. Extrusion manufacturing experience. Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment. Experience leading multiple shifts or large production teams.
