Medical Director Role

This position offers a unique blend of leadership and clinical responsibilities, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to serving as Medical Director and 50% dedicated to clinical practice.

• Serve as the local medical leader, overseeing all specialty and emergency doctors while fostering a culture that supports engaged and empowered caregivers who embody MedVet’s core values of teamwork, leadership, and compassion.
• Partner closely with the Hospital Director (HD) to evaluate, plan, and implement best‑in‑class healthcare delivery in support of our mission: leading specialty healthcare for pets.
• Help build the dyad leadership team, promote diversity of thought, and support both operational and medical excellence.
