Embark on a contract opportunity providing vital Physical Therapy services within a supportive school environment. This full-time position spans extended school year (ESY) and traditional school term schedules, supporting a diverse student population across multiple sites. Youll collaborate with a close-knit team, sharing a 50-student caseload alongside other PT and PTA professionals. With travel between campuses, mileage reimbursement is provided, and every effort will be made to cluster your assignments for convenience.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Previous work with early intervention or PreK students is an advantage, particularly with TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) training or certification
• Ability to work onsite and commit to full or partial schedules, as needed
• Must complete fingerprinting clearance prior to working with Pre-K students
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability to varying school routines and needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based physical therapy for students from PreK through high school
• Travel to multiple schools within close range, offering support in both individual and group settings
• Participate in initial assessments, including TPBA for PreK when possible
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain regular documentation and progress reporting
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to best practices for student wellness and participation
