Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, or administrative support experience Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable learning technical product information and specifications Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with plumbing, valve, industrial, or flow control products is a plus, but not required Job Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Process and enter customer orders accurately using ERP and CRM systems Assist customers with order status updates, product availability, and technical product questions Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Learn and develop knowledge of valve and flow control products to better support customers Support internal operations by ensuring customer transactions are completed accurately and efficiently Contribute to team goals related to service, accuracy, and response times Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
